Established in 1965 and incorporated as a limited liability company on November 30, 1981, the company plays a central role in Ghana’s cocoa sector by transforming raw cocoa beans into high‑quality semi‑finished and finished cocoa products for both domestic consumption and international markets. CPC operates three main facilities: two cocoa processing factories and a confectionery factory. Its cocoa processing operations convert premium Ghanaian cocoa beans into essential semi‑finished products such as cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, natural and alkalized cocoa cake or powder — key ingredients for chocolate and other food manufacturers worldwide.
