About Enterprise

Dawa Free Zone Enclaves Limited refers to the designated Free Zones area within the larger Dawa Industrial Zone project in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. This enclave is a purpose‑built industrial and export‑oriented special economic zone developed as part of the Dawa Industrial Zone (DIZ) — a large industrial park designed to attract both local and international investors in manufacturing, processing, logistics and related sectors.

The Free Zone enclave forms part of a 2,000‑acre industrial ecosystem that offers ready‑to‑operate infrastructure including reliable power, treated water, well‑paved internal roads, 24/7 security, and high‑speed internet connectivity — all aimed at reducing setup time and operational barriers for businesses. Its strategic location near Tema Port and key transportation links makes it attractive for manufacturing and export‑focused operations across sectors such as textiles, food processing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and light manufacturing.

As an officially recognised Free Zone area under Ghana’s Free Zone regime, companies operating in Dawa Free Zone Enclaves benefit from fiscal and customs incentives intended to promote export‑oriented industrial activity — such as duty‑free importation of machinery and raw materials, tax exemptions for a period of operations, and streamlined regulatory processes. This framework aligns with Ghana’s broader economic strategy to boost industrialisation, job creation, and export growth by offering a supportive environment for investment and trade.
