The firm is legally registered as a limited liability company and holds permits from relevant authorities including the Ghana Free Zones Authority, which enables it to engage in import and export of steel products across West Africa.

The company’s core business is steel manufacturing and international trade. Honour Steel Works Ltd imports a significant volume of steel products—such as beams, plates, bars, and hollow sections—from major steel‑producing countries like Russia, China, and Ukraine. A large portion of these products (about 75 %) is exported to regional markets including Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, and Sierra Leone, contributing to regional infrastructure and construction supply chains.
