The facility — commissioned in 2018 — covers about 2,600 square metres and was designed to prepare up to 2,500 meals a day, serving flights from multiple airline partners as well as VIP lounges, canteens, and additional commercial food‑service outlets.
Servair Ghana’s services include:
- Airline catering: Preparing and delivering high‑quality inflight meals that meet international aviation safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards.
- Airport food services: Supporting airport lounges, dining concepts, and other food‑service offerings within the airport environment.
- Food‑safety and quality management: Adhering to strict global standards for food preparation and handling, consistent with the broader Servair and gategroup commitments to hygiene and operational excellence.
Servair Ghana represents a strategic part of Servair’s African network, reflecting the importance of the Ghana aviation market in the company’s regional growth plans. The operation also creates local employment and supports the broader development of airport services infrastructure in Ghana.
