The Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA) has hosted a high level delegation from the Greater Washington Black Chamber of Commerce (GWBCC) to explore partnership opportunities that promote trade and investment between Ghana and the United States.
Led by Mr. Andres Hayes, President and CEO of Airtifare Group, the delegation met with GFZA officials to learn about Ghana’s Free Zones Programme and its incentives, including tax exemptions, streamlined regulatory processes, and access to world class infrastructure.
Dr. Patience Acolor, Director of Corporate Affairs and PR, made a presentation on behalf of GFZA CEO Dr. Mary Awusi, highlighting Ghana’s political stability and investor friendly environment.
The GWBCC delegation expressed strong interest in investing within Ghana’s Free Zones, commending the GFZA for its professionalism and hospitality. Both parties agreed to pursue future collaboration to enhance economic growth and bilateral business relations.
